One of the key subjects in the book is how work will evolve in the future. In chapter 8 ("De Perfecte Storm in Werk - The Perfect Storm in Work) I've developed a framework called Man Machine Collaboration (MMC) that looks at how technology will take over certain tasks, what typically will remain a human task, and how smart usage of that insight can power work of the future.
Part of the idea is that when humans and machines start to collaborate, solutions have the potential to become better, smarter, faster-to-market, etcetera. I got my inspiration from companies like Starsky Robotics. In the following blog post, you can read the founders' idea of how they improve their solution (autonomous trucks) by having truck drivers and AI work together.
